The Landings Racquet and Swim Club has been a staple in The Landings community in Avon Lake, Ohio, for over 40 years, bringing its residents together for fun and relaxation. With a clubhouse, large outdoor swimming pool, tennis court, pickleball court, basketball court, playground, and an open-grass park, there's lots to do!

The Landings Racquet & Swim Club is a not-for-profit corporation consisting of 13 Trustees who manage the club's recreational budget, functions, and facilities for The Landings community. The Landings community was built in 1977-80 and consists of 100 condominium units, 108 homes, and a recreational area. Residents of The Landings, by virtue of their property titles, receive membership privileges to use The Landings Racquet & Swim Club's property and facilities.

Adjacent to the clubhouse and tennis court is The Landings shopping and business plaza consisting of six eating establishments, a childcare center, a bank, two insurance companies, a furniture store, jeweler, bicycle store, barber shop, beauty shop, boutique, uurgent care facility, copy store, and medical offices. Although the plaza is not affiliated with The Landings' homes, condos, and recreation area, it was built in the same architectural style and provides great services to Landings residents and their guests.

The Racquet & Swim Club's clubhouse is available for rent for residents and nonresidents for events with 100 people or less (learn more).
