To replace a lost or damaged pool pass:

Fill in the email form below and indicate in the "Message" box that you lost or damaged your pool pass and be sure to indicate your condo or home address then click "Send." -- Then, mail a $25 check or money order (payable to: The Landings Racquet & Swim Club) to the above-listed address. Be sure to indicate "Pool Pass" on the Memo line of the check. (Do not pay in cash.) After your check is processed, a new pool pass with a new authorization number will be issued and mailed to you. If you moved into your residence and the previous owner (or landlord) did not leave the pool pass, contact your designated Board of Trustees representative or a member of your condo association or HOA management board and they will process your pool pass replacement.
